Sweet reunion.

Especially seeing little Steven Zulu again!

Kids Camp Counselors getting ready for Family Camp

Jailos and Boniface

These two are the lead workers at Camp Ciyanjano. Great guys. I have known them for a long time! Ministry could not exist at the camp without their loyal, hard work. Pray for them. So good to see them.

We really hope that we don't have any of these pictures to share during our trip

Post 1001! We are going back for a visit!

The Allens are going back to Zambia from May 24-June 11.

We are only 11 days away from boarding our plane to Zambia, Africa.  We were talking around the dinner table last night about some specific things we are looking forward to doing. JoJo can't wait to see Auntie Mirriam.  Kamryn wants to visit some orphanages.  Julia can't wait to visit her friends.   Steve can't wait for the Pastor's family camp when he sees all the pastors for the first time.  As you can imagine we are all heading into this with different expectations and hopes.  I know I keep using the word surreal, but that really is exactly how it feels.  It feels like a dream.  It feels like we are going back to Mars.

HERE IS SOME GOOD NEWS: We have received the $5000 needed to help pay for our pastor conferences, books, and some traveling expenses. THANK YOU!!!  This is such a blessing! Thank you so much!

We really need your prayers during this trip. We have included the schedule below and ask that you keep us in your prayers from now until we arrive.

We hope to  keep everyone updated at our blog: www.aliveinafrica.com and on Facebook.

Again, thank you so much for your prayers,

Steve, Stephanie and the family
